Every preheat conveyor oven or multi-zone heating system is designed and built in line with your individual process requirements and capabilities. These can include physical size and shape – in particular, pre-heat zoning if your space for a full pre-heat system is limited – temperature requirements, and power requirements and constraints. But specific process requirements, system integrations, and programmable control needs are also carefully considered.
Every custom-built infrared preheat oven or system by Ceramicx is always designed and manufactured around the customers own processes. Material preparation can reduce further processing or waste down the line, and often the pre-heating systems are attached to, or are a part of the main heating system.
